Additional Fees
Security
Security at Mohawk College must be involved in every film production, with fees determined by your team's size and the overall scope of the project.
Facilities
Mohawk College reserves the right to charge additional fees for any necessary services, including the use of Mohawk College staff or contracted workers, for the following:
- Customized heating, cooling, plumbing, or electrical services required for specific setups or during filming.
- Housekeeping and cleaning services.
- Electrical tie-ins are not permitted; a generator must be used at all times where possible, and you are responsible for hanging or covering all related cables.
Catering
Requests for outside catering allowances (such as a craft truck) must be made at least 10 business days before the day of the shoot.
Parking
The availability of parking lots or spots, along with the associated prices, will be determined by Mohawk's parking department.
